The Kerrington Group was founded in 1989 and today specialises in the redevelopment of listed buildings throughout the UK. The vision has been the same since the beginning: to be a dynamic and innovative company with a commitment to provide excellent quality and value for our customers.

Kerringtons’ first developments were typically inner London properties with retail units on the ground floor and residential above, but today the Kerrington portfolio reflects a broad range of properties, including medium to large-scale developments in towns, cities, mixed use schemes, refurbished landmark historic buildings and urban loft spaces.

Gerry has been a property developer and investor for over 30 years. Co-founder of Kerrington Limited, he has extensive experience in the development, management and sale of residential properties and is well versed in running public limited companies.
Enrique Elliott
Enrique ElliottCEO

Enrique joined Kerrington in 1989 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2001. He has project managed all types of refurbishment and development projects for the Group and has responsibility for the day to day management of the Groups’ property portfolio. He is a Director and Company Secretary for the various companies within the Group.

Philip joined the Group in 1997 He has been Project Director for a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, conversion, new build, commercial and retail developments.

Daniel Lee
Daniel LeeDirector
Daniel qualified from Manchester Medical School in 2007. Following a year in Australia where he set up two successful businesses in the environment sector, he returned to the UK to join the Kerrington Group. Daniel co-founded Waterside Finance Limited, a bridging loan provider and has successfully completed transactions up to £2 million.
Adam Hamilton

Adam has over 10 years’ experience in the property sector. He co-founded V I properties Limited, a property management company which manages over 350 properties. Adam also co-founded Waterside Finance Limited in 2011 with his business partner Daniel Lee.
Agnieszka Majewska
Agnieszka MajewskaGroup Accountant
ACCA

Agnes joined Kerrington in 2004 as an accounts assistant and then qualified as an accountant in 2009. She is responsible for the accounting function for all of the companies within the Group.

Claire Pritchard
Claire PritchardPersonal Assistant
Claire started working with the Kerrington Group in 1998 and provides all of the secretarial and administrative support to the company.
Anna Pachuta
Anna PachutaAccounts Assistant
Since 2009 Anna has been part of the accounts team assisting with the day to day accounts processes and on line banking.
